How to look Amazing in your wedding photographs from a Wedding Photographer in Bridgend
Worried about your wedding photographs? Well don’t be, we have some tips on how to look great in them.
1.Relax your face
If you start to feel your brow furrow, your eyes squint or smile stiffen, just push the reset button: Close your eyes, let your lips fall back into place and relax your face.
2.Always avoid the double chin.
To avoid it, elongate your neck by moving your head forward slightly and lift up your chin.
3.Fake sleek arms
Most wedding dresses are sleeveless, this means you will be tempted to keep your arms close to your body. Which will only make your arms look bigger and your shoulders broader. Instead, lift your arms out to the sides, just far enough to give the biceps and triceps breathing room.
4.Make sure to stand up straight
Remember that you can still be relaxed while maintaining good posture, so don’t forget to take a few deep breaths and let the tension out of your neck, shoulders and jaw.
5.Don’t underestimate the beauty of laughing
Fake smiles are not flattering, but we can’t say the same when it comes to fake laughs. If you eventually feel the need to loosen up for a photo, let out a forced “Ha! Ha!” and the ridiculousness of it will make you and everybody else laugh for real. And that photo will surely be a keeper.
6.Smile with your eyes
Connect and engage with the camera. Think about the new memories you're making and
even laugh just for the fun of it. It's your wedding day!
7.Be Yourself
Don’t try to look or be anyone other than yourself. Be your best self and you can ensure that the photos will indeed portray you as just that.
8. Forget the camera is there and try your best to be playful and warm.
